New Discs from Innova

Yep, you heard it right. Some new discs from Innova, well one new disc and one disc in a new plastic. The Pro Dart will be the newest disc from Innova, It's a putter made of new R-Pro (Rubber Pro). Very straight flyer. Like a slightly faster Aviar with less low speed fade. Built like a smaller Aero. Preliminary numbers are 3,4,0,0.

From Dave Dunipace on the PDGA Message Board: "We had been having difficulties molding the soft pro, soft. The softer it was, the more rejects we had. Recently, we developed a new R-Pro plastic that has solved this problem. We are going to be using it in JKs, Pro Rhynos, Pigs, Omega SS, and any other R-Pro type discs we make. This basically means these discs will be consistently softer. We are currently making two new additions with this plastic. Our newest disc, the Dart P&A and the R-Pro Aviar P&A are being made with this new plastic."

The Boss will now be released STAR plastic.

Both of these discs are due to be released by Innova on March 1st. We will have them some time next week.

So, does anyone know what the picture has to do with these discs?

That would be a Dodge Dart. Not much plastic used in those though!

Yeah, you're right. We already had a winner who won the R-Pro Dart. Good to know that some people out there remember the Dart. Those were definitely some good years for some cars.

But definitely not much plastic! You're right on that too.
